Modern space reconstruction of a classic building of 90s is the main feature of this project for the young and modernist client. The initial concern was the visual detection of multiple spaces in the residential unit and especially the entry. The simplicity of the proposed materials and the space furniture, providing the highest volume of input light from the shading walls, efficient use of transparent walls in internal subdivisions and optimal resolution of the levels between private and public spaces of residential units, were also other issues that needed to have a correct answer. The expansion of spaces was defined using materials and angular lines in the macro and micro spheres of the unit. Comfort heating and visual effect of space were provided by using environmental elements, natural materials (wood) and fireplaces.
